Rosetta Reports Findings in Cell, Nature

Rosetta Inpharmatics reported findings in Cell and Nature Genetics that highlight how gene expression analysis technologies can be used to decipher the gene function as well as the molecular mechanisms of disease.

The study reported in Nature demonstrated how Rosetta’s FlexJet Arrray technology could be used to understand the basis of molecular events common in cancer.

In the Cell study, Rosetta’s scientists generated a database of gene expression profiles with a variety of phenotypes and employed chemical treatments to systematically analyze the profiles.
