Richard Resnick


Gene-IT has appointed Richard Resnick as vice president, service operations. He will be responsible for building the company’s comparative genomics and solutions business. Resnick developed pipelining and laboratory automation software at the Whitehead Institute. He then led the bioinformatics software development group at Genetics Institute, which he left to co-found Mosaic Bioinformatics. This company was subsequently acquired by NetGenics, where Resnick served as vice president of solutions development.
