Richard Caruso, Jimmy Woodward

Health Discovery Corp., which provides pattern recognition technology, has expanded its board of directors to five members with the addition of Richard Caruso and Jimmy Woodward. Caruso is the founder and chair of Integra LifeSciences Corp., and Woodward is the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Flowers Foods.
Caruso founded Integra LifeSciences in 1989 and is credited with the creation of a new branch of medicine known as “regenerative medicine,” according to a company statement.
