Reactome 18 is available at http://www.reactome.org/. New modules include the signaling cascade mediated by Toll-like receptor 2, maintenance of telomeres, entry and binding under HIV life cycle, and the pathways of complement activation. Reactome 18 also includes a new Web display feature that allows users to choose species annotations, which are curated for human and electronically inferred for 22 other species.
 

 
The Department of Pharmaceutical Biosciences at Uppsala University and the Research Group for Molecular Informatics at theCologne University Bioinformatics Center have released Bioclipse 0.9.9 at http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=150681. Bioclipse is a Java-based, open source, visual platform for cheminformatics and bioinformatics based on the Eclipse rich client platform. Version 1.0 is scheduled for release on August 11th.
