Pangea Names Griffith Senior Vice-President

OAKLAND, Calif.--Pangea Systems, a developer of bioinformatics software, has appointed Ronald Griffith to the position of senior vice-president of product development. Griffith joined Pangea from Harbinger, an electronic commerce software maker, where he served as senior vice-president of product development.

John Couch, Pangea's CEO, said Griffith's "record of product development and technical vision are invaluable to Pangea as we continue to raise the bar on the absolute quality and scientific application of our products."

Griffith's experience includes senior positions at ADP Claims Solution Group, Oracle, and Unisys.
