Pancreatic Expression Database, BioMart v. 0.6, SDMS Vision Publisher

The Institute of Cancer at the University of Bochum has released the Pancreatic Expression Database. The database is a component of the European Union’s MolDiag-Paca project,a collaboration of academic and industry pancreatic cancer research groups working together to develop molecular diagnostic tools with the aim of preventing and diagnosing pancreatic cancer. 
The implementation is based on BioMart v. 0.6, and it uses the BioMart DAS annotation server to provide the 'Pancreas Expression' source in Ensembl GeneView.
