Oxagen Gets License to Genomica Bioinformatics Software Product Suite


BOULDER, Colo.--Genomica announced that it has licensed its Discovery Manager Product Suite to Oxagen, a genomics spinoff of the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics. The bioinformatics software includes tools for visualization and analysis, project management, and a database of genetic information collected from major international genome centers. Oxagen has core skills in high-throughput genotyping, positional cloning, statistical genetics, and bioinformatics.
