OGI Taps Golden Helix's SVS Software for Genetic Data Analysis

Premium

Ontario Genomics Institute (OGI) has signed an agreement with Golden Helix that lets researchers in organizations it works with use the SNP & Variation Suite to analyze genomics data from human health and agricultural research projects.

Golden Helix's SVS provides an integrated collection of analytic tools, accessible through a user-friendly interface, to help researchers manage, analyze, and visualize genomic and phenotypic data.

As part of the deal, Golden Helix said it is providing the software at a reduced cost. It is not disclosing the specific financial terms of the agreement.
