GenBank 163.0 is available via FTP from the National Center for Biotechnology and is available here.
The new release contains around 8.4 billion base pairs of non-whole-genome-shotgun sequence and roughly 106 billion base pairs of WGS sequence. Uncompressed, the 163.0 release flat files require about 335 GB for sequence files only. The ASN.1 data require approximately 289 GB.
