Myra Williams


TissueInformatics of Pittsburgh, a company that provides databases of tissue images and quantitative analysis, announced that Myra Williams has joined its board of directors.

Williams served most recently as president and CEO of Molecular Applications Group, a bioinformatics company that developed technology to predict gene and protein function for use in drug and agriculture product discovery. Previously, Williams was the vice president of worldwide R&D information resources for Glaxo Wellcome and the executive director of information resources and strategic planning for Merck Research Laboratories.
