Jonathan Monteleone, Herbert Struemper, Martin Leach

Pharsight has hired Jonathan Monteleone and Herbert Struemper as senior associate scientists in its strategic consulting services group. Both men will be based in Pharsight’s Cary, NC, office.
Streumper comes to Pharsight from Entelos, where he led in silico research and development projects in rheumatoid arthritis, obesity, and diabetes. Monteleone joins Pharsight from Dov Pharmaceuticals, where he focused on population PK/PD modeling of small molecules in the areas of analgesia and depression.

Martin Leach recently left his life sciences post with government contractor Booz Allen Hamilton to join Merck as an executive director of IT for basic research and biomarkers. Before he joining Booz Allen, Leach was director of bioinformatics at Curagen.
