Isis Pharmaceuticals Purchases Pangea's Integrated Applications


OAKLAND, Calif.--Pangea Systems announced that it has provided Isis Pharmaceuticals with its integrated software applications and a database aimed at accelerating drug discovery to treat numerous diseases.

Isis will use the GeneWorld software application and GeneThesaurus subscription service to research antisense molecules. Pangea said its software will provide Isis with a cost-effective, customizable database backbone for accelerated research.
