NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Indigo Biosystems has agreed to a partnership with Prosolia to integrate their imaging and data management technologies, which will be used by mass spectrometry researchers, Prosolia said today.
Prosolia said that researchers using Thermo Fisher Scientific’s LTQ mass spectrometer and Prosolia’s Omni Spray Ion Source platform may now convert data sets into file formats that are compatible with third-party software using FireFly data conversion software.
