PALO ALTO, Calif.--Incyte Pharmaceuticals has signed a deal to use internet-related data distribution technology from Tibco to provide Incyte's genomic database products to clients.

Tibco's information integration middleware began with financial trading floor applications and is now expanding to other markets. The platform-independent technology utilizes a user-configurable "publish and subscribe" approach to delivering multifaceted data to a population of users.
