Illumina CLIA Lab Taps GenoLogics' Clarity to Support Sequencing Test Process

Premium

GenoLogics said this week that Illumina's CLIA laboratory has licensed its Clarity laboratory information management system to support its TruSight individual genome sequencing test.

Clarity LIMS supports workflows, helps users adhere to standard operating procedures, and manages the complexities associated with next-generation sequencing.

Other customers of Clarity LIMS include Genomic Health, who is using the software to track samples, workflows, and monitor sequencing results and instrument performance for Illumina and Ion Torrent Technologies (BI 2/22/2013).
