HTS Biosystems Opens Doors and Licenses Technologies from Ciencia

ST. PAUL, Minn.--HTS Biosystems, a new company that provides high-throughput molecular detection systems for pharmaceutical and genomics research, has entered into technology licensing and consulting agreements with Ciencia of Hartford, Conn.

 

Ciencia has licensed present and future technologies to HTS, including initial patents related to phase fluorescence that will be used in HTS’s Phase fluorescence detection system. Ciencia also will provide engineering analysis and design, instrumentation development, systems integration, and prototype fabrication services to HTS.
