Harvard University’s Center for Genomics Research has licensed Rosetta Resolver Expression Data Analysis System from Rosetta Inpharmatics of Kirkland, Wash, the company said.
Rosetta said Harvard would use the Resolver system to analyze data from a variety of commercial and internally developed DNA chip technologies, including Affymetrix GeneChip arrays.
Resolver is an enterprise-level bioinformatics system for gene expression research. It is exclusively distributed by Agilent Technologies.
