NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Geneva Bioinformatics and Proteome Software have integrated their proteomics software platforms, the companies said today.
Under the deal, GeneBio has integrated its Phenyx software, which identifies and characterizes proteins and peptides, with Proteome Software’s Scaffold platform, which is used in proteomics meta-analysis projects, GeneBio said.
