GeneGo, OmicSoft Integrate Software

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) —GeneGo said today that it has integrated its data mining system with OmicSoft's visualization and analysis software.

The integration involves GeneGo's MetaCore pathway analysis platform and OmicSoft's Array Studio software, which is used to interpret high dimensional data.

OmicSoft President Jack Liu said in a statement that the integration will have "an immediate impact for some of our mutual clients, taking the analysis results generated by Array Studio and moving it to the next level with GeneGo's pathway analysis tools."

"One of the key parts of this integration will be for users of Array Studio to easily access GeneGo's wealth of canonical pathway maps, in order to enhance their data analysis and hypothesis testing workflow," GeneGo's VP of Business Development, Julie Bryant, said in a statement.
