Genedata Integrates Expressionist Tool With Ingenuity's Pathways Analysis

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Genedata has made its Expressionist platform interoperable with Ingenuity Systems’ Pathways Analysis application, the companies said today.
 
The integrated product will enable researchers to link genome-wide experimental data with disease-relevant information about genes, proteins, and biological pathways, the firms said.
