Eagle, HB Technologies Ink European Distribution Deal

Premium

Eagle Genomics said this week that it has signed an agreement with HB Technologies that makes HB the exclusive distributor of Eagle’s products and services throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.

Under the terms of the agreement, HB Technologies will source new projects and opportunities for Eagle in these regions while Eagle will continue to carry out all delivery and implementation work.

According to Eagle, the agreement will expand its reach in the German-speaking market, particularly among big pharma and related companies, and help Eagle better understand these customers’ requirements and methodologies.

The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
