Downloads and Upgrades: XworX BIFI plug-in, XworX Workbench, and BioJava 3.0.5

Researchers at the Austrian Institute of Technology have released the XworX BIFI plug-in for Taverna and XworX Workbench.

The XworX BIFI plug-in simplifies the process of running workflows by providing a user interface for all possible workflow input ports. It also lets users design interfaces for their workflows and share them through a repository.

The XworX Workbench is a standalone application built on the Taverna Workbench that uses an Appstore concept for workflow-based analysis. It also provides data management features and additional built-in viewers.

BioJava 3.0.5 is available here.

This release includes new parsers for CATH classification and the Stockholm file format, improved representation of biological assemblies of protein structures, and bug fixes.
