Downloads and Upgrades: GenoLogics, EBI's RDF Platform, H2G2 Genome Browser, and more

GenoLogics has launched three new cloud-based lab management products: Clarity Run Manager, Clarity Run Manager Plus, and an early access version of Clarity LIMS Silver.

These tools, which range in price, provide sample management and workflow tracking capabilities that support Illumina and Life Technologies sequencing instruments.

The genome browser group at the University of California, Santa Cruz has released an updated DGV Structural Variation track.

The European Bioinformatics Institute has launched a new Resource Description Framework platform that provides access to bioinformatics resources that support semantic web technologies. It currently holds information from six databases namely: UniProt, ChEMBL, Expression Atlas, Reactome, BioSamples, and BioModels.

NXT-Dx is making its H2G2 Genome Browser software more broadly available. Historically, the company has only allowed customers of its services to use the tool but it has now removed that restriction.

The H2G2 Genome Browser is a web-based visualization and analysis software tool that lets users upload, store, and visualize raw and mapped data from their sequencing experiments.

BioCyc 17.5 is available here.

The release includes updates to the BioCyc website, including new additions to the EcoCyc and MetaCyc databases, downloadable data files, and a downloadable Pathway Tools software/database bundle.
