Downloads and Upgrades: CellMiner

Premium

The National Cancer Institute has updated CellMiner, a web application that was built for use with the NCI-60 panel of human cancer cell lines.

CellMiner provides access to data from 22,379 genes catalogued in the NCI-60 and from 20,503 previously analyzed chemical compounds. This updated version of the software lets researchers compare patterns of drug activity and gene expression to each other and to other patterns of interest. It also lets researchers upload large quantities of genomic and drug data, calculates correlations between genes and drug activity profiles, and identifies correlations that are statistically significant.
