According to the company, the platform provides users with access to more than 130 annotation features and lets them search, filter, and annotate their variant files rapidly — it annotates variants based on information in databases such as the Human Gene Mutation Database, ClinVar, the Catalogue of Somatic Mutations in Cancer, and others.
