Deltagen Files Response To Lexicon’s Patent Suit


MENLO PARK, Calif.--Deltagen has filed a response to the complaint filed by Lexicon Genetics in the US District Court for the District of Delaware. The answer denies Lexicon’s allegations that Deltagen is willfully infringing a patent that covers methods of engineering an animal genome using isogenic DNA technology. Deltagen’s filing also seeks a declaratory judgment in its favor.
