Core Life Sciences has signed a deal with Biogazelle that lets that company distribute qbase+, Core's software for analyzing qPCR data, in California.
This arrangement makes qbase+ available to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies as well as academic institutions on the West Coast. Core's software offers normalization, quality control, and inter-run calibration capabilities that can be used for activities such as mRNA gene expression profiling and analysis, and gene copy number analysis.
The financial details of the distribution agreement were not disclosed.
