NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Compendia Bioscience and Ingenuity Systems have integrated their data and pathway-analysis tools for use in cancer research, Compendia said today.
Compendia’s Oncomine Professional is a store of transcriptome profiles with analysis functions and a web application for data mining and visualization.
Ingenuity’s Pathways Analysis software allows researchers to find “mechanisms, pathways and functions” of data sets or genes, Compendia said.
