NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Tokyo-based Chugai Pharmaceutical has signed a multi-year license agreement with Genedata for the use of its biomarker discovery software in R&D programs, the Swiss bioinformatics company said today.

Genedata said that Chugai has already been using the Expressionist software to normalize its microarray data pool, to standardize its microarray quality control process, and to obtain data for analysis.
