Carl Kukkonen, Douglas Lane, AJ Abdallat, Klaus Tschira


Signal processing software firm ViaLogy of Pasadena, Calif., has made several changes in its executive management and board of directors. Co-founder Carl Kukkonen stepped down from his position as chairman of the board of directors, but continues as scientific advisor to the company. Douglas Lane, president and CEO, was elected to the position of chairman. AJ Abdallat, company co-founder and vice president of corporate development, has resigned from his executive and board positions but will remain with the company as IT advisor. In addition, SAP co-founder Klaus Tschira has joined the board of directors. Tschira stepped down from the board of Lion Bioscience in January, citing his intention to spend more time with his private foundation, the Klaus Tschira Foundation.
