Brian Bullard, Thomas Colatsky, Michael Liebman, Eldred Ribeiro, Charles Guo, Wolfgang Rumpf, Lorie Karnath


Paradigm Genetics has hired Brian Bullard as senior director of computational systems biology. Bullard has held senior-level informatics positions at Morphochem, AxCell Biosciences, PE Informatics, Gene Logic, and Science and Technology Corporation. He will report to Thomas Colatsky, VP of healthcare research. Paradigm also appointed Michael Liebman, director of biomedical informatics at the Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, to its scientific advisory board.


Rescentris, a company formed by three LabBook executives, has hired several new LabBook alums. Eldred Ribeiro, Charles Guo, and Wolfgang Rumpf have joined as directors of software development, biomedical informatics, and product development, respectively. Lorie Karnath has been appointed as managing director and chairperson of the company’s scientific advisory board.
