NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — BioWisdom will integrate data from Asterand's gene expression profile database with its software under a new data syndication agreement, Asterand said today.

BioWisdom will harmonize with its software the data from Asterand's Target Evaluator database, which consists of quantitative human gene expression profiles that chart the expression of over 2,500 gene transcripts across a panel of 72 human tissues. These profiles are generated using human RNA and an RT-PCR protocol.
