Biogen Licenses Incyte’s LifeSeq Gold, LifeTools



ALO ALTO, Calif.--Biogen has licensed the LifeSeq Gold database and LifeTools enterprise-wide data management software from Incyte Pharmaceuticals, which could receive future milestone payments and royalties on sales of products developed with Incyte technology and database information. Financial terms were not disclosed. Used for drug discovery, LifeSeq Gold provides views of genes, their function, and their role in disease development. LifeTools will enable Biogen researchers to process, store, analyze, and manage the ever-growing amounts of genomic data.
