SRI International has released version 9.1 of the BioCyc databases at The latest version includes 10,747 peer-reviewed publications references in the EcoCyc database; 62 new pathways in MetaCyc, bringing the total to 601 pathways from 456 organisms; and an updated pathway genome database for Bacillus anthracis Ames to include the plasmids PX01 and PX02, and 24 proteins that were assigned to the secretome.
