Belgium's VIB Licenses Biogazelle's Qbase+ for PCR Data Analysis

Belgium's Flanders Institute for Biotechnology, VIB, has licensed Biogazelle’s qbase+ software to support its real time PCR-based research projects.

Specifically, researchers in VIB’s bioinformatics training and service facility will use qbase+ to annotate and process qPCR data according to international guidelines as well as to handle things like data quality control, normalization, inter-run calibration, and statistics.

The financial details of the licensing agreement were not disclosed.
