AN DIEGO--Base4 here announced that it has launched its PharMatrix family of Integrators--application-specific modules that give users flexible access to data in external, scientific databases. They enable users to query the databases, view the query results from a PharMatrix page, securely save query results, and have them fully indexed in PharMatrix. The new components allow PharMatrix to be queried using structured information including data relationships.

Separately, Base4 has released PharMatrix Protocols, a software module that connects to PharMatrix and provides a structured method for managing standard operating procedures and protocols at the project or department level.
