Banking, Computer Execs Join Neomorphic Board



ERKELEY, Calif.--Neomorphic, a privately held computational genomics company here, has appointed Guy Henshaw and Michael Olson to its board of directors.

Henshaw is managing director of Henshaw/Vierra Management Counsel, and founder and chief financial officer of iSystems, a human resources internet company. He also has 25 years’ banking experience.

Olson is vice-president of marketing for Sleepycat Software, which provides database technology and services to professional software developers. Olson was also a founder of Illustra Information Technologies, which pioneered object-relational database technology in the commercial sector.
