Ariadne Wins $80K From Maryland Business-Development Fund

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Ariadne today said it has received an $80,000 grant from the Economic Development Fund of Montgomery County, Md., to “support growth and expansion” at the Rockville-based company.

The pathway-analysis software company said the award came as Ariadne relocated from the regional business incubator, the Maryland Technology Development Center, to new offices in Rockville.

Ariadne’s Pathway studio software focuses on pathway analysis and its MedScan software is an automatic extraction platform.

The company said the money would help it market its software to more labs.
