Ariadne, Illumina Integrate Gene Expression Data Software

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Ariadne said today that it has integrated its Pathway Studio software with Illumina’s GenomeStudio in order to create a data analysis tool for Illumina’s BeadArray and iScan platforms.

The product partnership will enable researchers to analyze gene expression data quickly for physiological changes, cell signaling, and other biological changes.

“By providing a graphical representation of Illumina’s microarray data, Pathway Studio offers researchers a unique way to complete advanced downstream analysis,” Omoshile Clement, Illumina’s senior product manager of software informatics, said in a statement.
