NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Alligator Bioscience and AlgoNomics said today that they have formed a collaboration to optimize therapeutic proteins.

Under the deal, structural bioinformatics firm AlgoNomics will combine its Epibase T-cell epitope identification platform with Alligator’s FIND protein optimization technology for use in both firms’ internal programs. The deal also calls for the companies to use the technologies with their customers.

Additional terms of the deal were not disclosed.
