NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Genetic Technologies today announced it has executed a Covenant Not to Sue and Release agreement with transplant diagnostics firm One Lambda.

The terms of the agreement were not disclosed, and Genetic Technologies did not elaborate on the nature of its dispute with One Lambda, based in Canoga Park, Calif. Last week, the Australian firm, which has sued numerous firms claiming infringement of its non-coding DNA technology, announced four such lawsuits.
