NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – GeneLink said yesterday that the Superior Court of Pennsylvania has affirmed the dismissal of a complaint filed against the company by its former President and CEO, John DePhillipo, and his wife.

DePhillipo had appealed a dismissal ruling handed down by the Court of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia County, in May 2009.
