New Products: Exiqon's qPCR Assay-Design Tool

Exiqon has introduced a new online tool for the design of locked nucleic acid-enhanced qPCR assays for the quantitation of mRNA and non-coding RNAs in combination with associated microRNAs.

The tool allows for the access of multiple databases and design software to create the assays without prior knowledge about the annotation applied in the databases, the company said.
