Gen-Probe Lab Passes FDA Inspection

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Gen-Probe today said that its Tepnel Pharma Services lab has passed a GMP inspection by the US Food and Drug Administration.

The lab is based in Livingston, Scotland and provides outsourced pharmaceutical research and testing services. The lab also is certified by the UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency for GMP, GLP, and GCP compliance.

Gen-Probe gained the lab through its acquisition of Tepnel Life Sciences in 2009.
