The European Personalized Medicine Association announced the appointment of Christian Bréchot to its Board of Directors.

Bréchot is currently the VP of Institut Merieux, where he leads medical and scientific affairs. Prior to this post, he was general director of INSERM, the French national agency for biomedical research; professor of cell biology and hepatology at the Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital; and head of a research unit at the Pasteur Institute.
