Mitchell Fogelman, Matthew Natalizio

CytRx announced this week the appointment of Mitchell Fogelman as chief financial officer, effective immediately. Fogelman will replace the company’s current CFO Matthew Natalizio, who CytRx said is leaving “to pursue other opportunities.”
Fogelman previously worked at International Aluminum, where he served in various roles, including senior vice president of finance and administration, chief financial officer, and corporate secretary. Before that, he was senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
