Life Tech, ABI Drop Lawsuit against GenMark | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – GenMark on Thursday said that Life Technologies and its Applied Biosystems business had dropped its lawsuit against GenMark alleging patent infringement.

The lawsuit was filed on Nov. 19, 2010, and was dropped on Wednesday before GenMark could file a response, it said in a statement.
