James Kramer, Cyndi Tolman

Serologicals has hired James Kramer as vice president of global manufacturing operations, and has appointed Cyndi Tolman managing director of plasma operations, the company said last week.

Kramer will report directly to David Dodd, president and CEO. He will be responsible for the production and supply chain related to plasma operations and the manufacturing operations in Kankakee, Ill.; Toronto; Milford, Mass.; Gaithersburg, Md.; and Livingston, UK. Previously, Kramer was vice president of plasma operations.

Tolman, who reports directly to Kramer, will be responsible for all activities within plasma operations. She joined Serologicals in 1990 as executive director of the Columbia, SC, donor center.
