NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Interleukin Genetics has moved its stock from the New York Stock Exchange Amex to the Pink Quote’s OTCQB, a new quotation service run by Pink OTC Markets, as of today.
Stock in the Waltham, Mass.-based genetic testing company, which is now listed under the symbol ILIU.PK, was listed as trading this morning at $.25 a share, down 40 percent from its Friday close.
Interleukin received a delisting notice from the New York Stock Exchange's Amex in June.
The OTCQB was introduced recently to distinguish over-the counter securities that are registered and are reporting with the US Securities and Exchange Commission or a banking or insurance regulator.
