Cobas AmpliPrep/Cobas TaqMan HIV-1 Test | GenomeWeb
Quest Diagnostics will offer Roche’s Cobas AmpliPrep/Cobas TaqMan HIV-1 Test for HIV viral load testing under a multi-year agreement announced this week.
 
The test is used to measure changes in HIV-1 RNA levels among patients taking antiretroviral therapy.
 
According to Roche, its test is the first fully automated, real-time PCR test approved by the US Food and Drug Administration.
